Traditional alarms only trigger on threshold violations, missing sophisticated attacks that disable sensors or spoof readings.
Solution: AI continuously monitors sensor relationships (e.g., high sensor should activate when level ≥90%). When inconsistencies are detected, the system escalates through HMI alerts → maintenance notifications → supervisor phone calls.
Business Value: Prevents costly spills, equipment damage, and safety incidents. Industrial anomaly detection is a growing market as OT security becomes critical infrastructure. Reduces unplanned downtime by catching failures before they cascade.
